App just freezes on opening. Stuck searching for location. Great app when it worked.

Honestly I cant complain about this app I love in n out and I go every day :))) its so handy because I go there so often but besides the app if youve never been to in n out and you live in California I definitely recommend going .. best place ever

U just should add pics of your meals so you make us starving!

Basically lacks functionality; the app doesnt allow for ordering online, so it saves me no time.

I can get all this information from their website. Why the hell dont they allow you to call in or place an order online?

To everyone complaining about not being able to order online, In-N-Out doesnt let you order online, or on the phone. This app needs work sure, but the complaints are unwarranted.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way to get a double double in LA and there was no store nearby. I think it was one of those cases where Google Maps couldnt find the address, but In-n-Out should ask each store to validate how they appear on Google Maps if theyre going to use this for directions. Thats the entire point of the app, and it fails.

Everything works great and is great. Works like it says, but I would like to be able to pay and order through the app. Would help reduce lines inside drive thru and restaurant locations.

This is a great app but I really wish it would have a feature to check off all the locations youve ate at. I keep the little location guide book in my wallet and cross them off as I travel and eat at different locations but I really wish I could do that on the app.

Its a really cool app but it left out the rest of the secret menu like black/white shakes, long fried fries and more. I expected a lot more from the app

Great for finding an In-N-Out location, but DO NOT rely on it to get you there. It accurately determines your current location, but when giving directions it thinks youre miles from where you really are. For example, I was in Monterey and it gave me directions starting in Aptos (theyre 36 miles apart you knuckleheads!). My 13-year old with a paper map (remember those?) can do better than that!

Odd location finding capabilities. Just doesnt work right. From Arizona try finding a location in NM.

Its possible that the reason the directions arent great is because the default mapping program has switched to Apple maps instead of Google. I wouldnt pin that on In-N-Out.

I should be able to search for a restaurant location by entering a zip code or city and state without enabling Location Services. However this does not work, the app just continues to pester you to enable Location Services. But I live 3000 miles away from an In N Out so why should I have to bother? This makes the app pointless to me so I deleted it.

It would be great if they add an estimator that tells you how long you should wait in the drive-through... That would be AWESOME!!!
